今回は、クリスタル・シンフォニー 豪華客船クルージングの船の中の
エンターテイメントやおもてなしをご紹介しましょう。
この船は5万トンのクルーズですが、乗客は極上の顧客だけを940名乗船させている。
今回満席であるが、それでも少なめに集客しゆとりのとれるようにかなり贅沢な工夫がなされている。
とにかくリッツカールトンの比ではない。
6つ星のこの船のホテルは、いつもキレイされており、専属のスタッフがいつも関ってくれる。
勿論日本人アシスタントのみや子さんが親切丁寧にサポートしてくれる。
資料や案内書、新聞は毎日日本人向けに作られていて、どのようなエンターテイメントがあるのか
イベントは何があるのか。アフタヌーンティーや映画館での映画の案内などが満載である。
夕方からのエンターテイメントは、ミュージカル、クラシックピアノ演奏、アガペラの素敵な声を聞くことができる。
ダイニングレストランの食事は毎日メニューが違う。日本人向けメニューも親切に作れていて間違わずに注文できる。
各テーブルには専属の担当者がつき、ソムリエもついていた。ワインを毎晩頂いたがうまかった。
アフタヌーンティーを頂きながら、生演奏でフルートとギター、ヴァイオリンの演奏を楽しむ。
いくら食べても、いくら飲み物を飲んでも一緒である。
最上階には、プールやジャグジーが設置されており、いつでも入れる。
少しお腹がすくといつでも軽い食事がいただける（サンドイッチ、ホットドッグ、ハンバーガー、サラダ、サーモン、ソフトドリンクなどが自由自在に準備されている）
その他、飽きることがないように、レッスンがいくつも準備されている。
ピアノレッスン、ダンスのレッスン、ゴルフレッスン、賭博のカードのやり方教室、イタリア語講座、編み物、パソコン教室（７０代～８０代の方が多かった、孫へイーメールを送るためのようです、しかも写真添付で・・・）
私は、ピアノレッスンを取った、初めてピアノのレッスンを受けたが、ギターがある程度弾けたので、何とか卒業証書を頂いた。出来てなくてももらえるようだ？
今回のクルージング体験をまとめると
本当のサービスとは何か、何故お客様が集まるか、どうしてリピーターが多いのか、しかも極上のお客様へ魅力的なコンセプトを提供しているのには感動させられた。
お客様が求めているものを知っているものが成功することを改めて実感した。
